I could make an enormous list. For about 75% of my coaching clients one of the first things we work on together is an almost compulsive addiction to web surfing. It’s remarkable the jump in productivity in the first 90 days just by giving up mindless loops around the internet.
Are you addicted? How would you recognize it? What would you do if your best friend had a problem with it?
Could you go a month without the internet?
