How To Lower Your Stress
A friend of mine had an evening ritual. Let’s call him Sharma.
Quit work at 4:15. Beer at 4:30. Watch an hour of BBC world news. Second beer. Watch hour of CBC National news. Sandwich and third beer. Watch hour of Fox News.
5 days a week. For 20 years. Then one day he ascended to another plane of existence because his vibration level was so high and pure.
No wait, sorry. I got my stories confused. The high vibration guy was a yogi buddy named Grunt. He ate vegetables and meditated daily and always had a smile on his face.
Sharma got old fast. I’m not saying Fox News causes pre-mature aging. It might have been the BBC.
